This module is designed for those who perform annual testing. This module defines highly compensated and nonhighly compensated employees and covers several plan testing methods, including minimum coverage testing/the ratio percentage test, nondiscrimination testing, and top-heavy testing. You will learn the ins and outs of both the ADP and ACP test, and you will learn how to meet annual reporting filing requirements and deadlines.
