Introduction to Retirement Plans (IRP)
IRP is comprised of two interactive online modules that introduce learners to concepts and retirement plans focusing on the “what, who, why, how, and where.” The second module goes into more detail to expand the learner’s foundational knowledge. Each module has a 15-question quiz (unlimited attempts) which learners must pass to complete the IRP certificate.
401(k) Practice Builder - Course
NAPA’s 401(k) Practice Builder provides introductory education for advisors and focuses on the knowledge advisors need to sell and manage 401(k) plans successfully. The program includes fully interactive online course made up of five modules that take no more than thirty minutes each to complete. Designed to prepare advisors for sales conversations, the Practice Builder introduces the basic concepts you need and walks you through the steps of the sales process with engaging interactions and checks on learning along the way. Each module offers a brief assessment to help you gauge your level of learning.
