About the Speakers
Will Hansen has more than a decade of experience in employee benefits, he is am a passionate leader and advocate for the private sector retirement system. As the Executive Director of Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA), he oversees the strategy and operations of a 75-year-old organization that provides education, insights, and advocacy for individuals who administer retirement plans for their companies. PSCA offers credentials, webinars, roundtables, and conferences that help members stay informed and compliant with the latest regulations and best practices. As the Chief Government Affairs Officer of American Retirement Association (ARA), he leads the legislative strategy and outreach for a 35,000-member professional organization that represents the interests of retirement plan professionals and sponsors. He engages with federal, state, and local policymakers and stakeholders to promote policies that enhance and expand the access and coverage of retirement plans for millions of Americans.
Mike Kelly joined Inspira Financial in 2011 and is Director of Strategic Accounts. He is responsible for creating and building strategic relationships with institutional partners. Mike also looks for ways to deepen existing relationships with current partners. Having spent most of his career in the retirement services industry, he has a track record of helping advisors, TPAs, recordkeepers and other organizations innovate and grow. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance from the University of Western Illinois.
Kelsey Mayo is a partner with the law firm Poyner Spruill LLP and the American Retirement Association’s Director of Regulatory Affairs. She has years of experience representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation as well as engaging in various industry advocacy activities. Kelsey has a particular love for helping professionals understand the most complex areas of the industry. She spends her free time co-editing the Journal of Pension Benefits and driving her puppies to various dog sport competitions.
