Making decisions that impact other people's money is an enormous responsibility, and some of the most important decisions a plan sponsor makes have to do with the plan’s investment lineup. How much choice should you give participants? What should those choices be? How do you get to a lineup that appeals to the broadest group of employees? And, once you’ve put all that thought and effort into it, how do you make sure employees are able to find the investment options that are right for them?
