About the Speaker
Mr. Hensley is Managing Director of Client Service & New Business Development for U.S. OMNI & TSACG Compliance Services (OMNI/TSACG). Mr. Hensley joined OMNI/TSACG on July 1, 2011, in conjunction with their acquisition of Great American Plan Administrators, Inc. He joined Great American in 1996, and in 2005, he was part of the team tasked to launch and operate the Third-Party Administrator. He left Great American as Vice President—Sales & Marketing. Mr. Hensley has more than 40 years of financial services experience and has spoken at numerous state ASBO events including CA, IL, NC, OH, PA, and TX, regarding 403(b) and 457(b) plan compliance and administration. He works closely with OMNI/TSACG’s clients to ensure that their 403(b)/457(b) plans are operating in accordance with IRS regulations as well as provides assistance to clients in connection with IRS audits. Mr. Hensley currently has oversight of all consulting and compliance areas for OMNI/TSACG. He is a member of the National Tax-Deferred Savings Association (NTSA) and sits on its Strategic Partner Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Northern Kentucky University.
