About the Speaker
Tracy Tillery has been actively involved in Total Rewards, engagement, and communication leadership for almost a decade; most recently as Vice President of Rewards and Engagement at the Westchester Medical Center Health Network, a system with over 13,000 employees. During her time there, leading a team of 15 total rewards and engagement members responsible for benefit strategies, administration, and communication, Tracy partnered with some of the largest players in the Total Reward space creating new strategies and approaches to benefits, retirement, and wellness, all to enhance the workforce experience. As part of this partnership, Tracy was a member of the Leadership Council for Empower Retirement's Voice of Client Council, and she garnered recognition and awards for her work, including winning a Marcom Gold and PSCA award for her communication and retirement education strategies.
Tracy continues to be actively involved in Total Rewards, both as a consultant and with the Plan Sponsor Council of America, where she is part of its Leadership Council and Chair of the Education and Communication Committee of the Board.
Tracy has an MBA, holds a certification as a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources (ASHHRA).
