Now that filing deadline has passed we move on to year end proposals. In this webcast we will go through the basics of plan design in detail. What are the best strategies for maximizing the principals and managing employee cost? How do you design to fit within a set budget? What does the plan sponsor need to know about the plan design? What are the advantages and disadvantages of certain designs? We will focus mainly on Cash Balance with 401k combined plans.
About the Speaker
Angie is a Senior Consulting Actuary at Pension Benefits Unlimited, Inc. A graduate of Cornell University, Angie double majored in Mathematics and Economics before earning her Master’s Degree in Education. Angie has over 10 years of experience with pension and actuarial consulting and administration. Angie currently serves on the ASEA Leadership Council as President Elect. In addition, Angie has previously served on the Society of Actuaries Exam Writing Committee, the Conference Committee for ASPPA Annual, and the ASEA Membership Committee.
