This minimum coverage testing session will review concepts and apply them through various case studies. Topics covered in the case studies will include disaggregation, related employers, average benefits testing, cross-testing, and transition periods for employer transactions. Additionally, creative testing alternatives will be presented for optimal plan design and test results.

About the Speaker

Steve Riordan is a Director of Plan Consulting for Fidelity Investments. He leads a team that works with plan sponsors of all sizes and assists them with Plan Documents & Contracting. Steve had previously led a Testing team that supported ADP/ACP testing, coverage, compensation, and cross-testing. Steve has served as a Subject Matter Expert for ASPPA’s Retirement Plan Academy and he was a recipient of the ASPPA Martin Rosenberg Academic Achievement Award.
