Speaker Bio: Evan Sumner is an associate in the Cincinnati Office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP.  Evan is a member of the firm’s litigation group and regularly represents clients in ERISA fiduciary litigation and other complex commercial disputes. Evan has experience advising plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and service providers on issues arising under ERISA and other laws impacting employee benefit plans.
