Jennifer Brittingham, Senior Operations Executive, Plan Member Securities
Jennifer Brittingham is a seasoned Senior Operations Executive with extensive experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth at PlanMember Securities, a Registered Broker/Dealer and RIA. With a proven track record of leading high-performance teams, she oversees the full spectrum of business operations, from process optimization and risk management to customer service and compliance. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, collaborating with executive leadership to design and implement long-term growth initiatives. With a strong background in technology integration, Jennifer has spearheaded the development and deployment of innovative systems that streamline workflows, enhance client experience, and improve scalability across the organization. Before joining PlanMember in 2001, Jennifer worked at Brown Brother Harriman & Co managing operations for the International, Offshore and 59 Wall Street Funds and at ING Barings (ABN Amro) managing mutual fund operations. Jennifer attended Rutgers University in New Jersey and California State University, Northridge where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.  She holds her Series 4, 7, 24, 63, and Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). She is currently working on her AI Risk Management certification. Jennifer is involved in various volunteer positions and roles with financial industry organizations. At PlanMember, Jennifer founded the Women’s Exchange. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys her morning beach runs, hot yoga and traveling all over the world with her family.


Robert W. Martin, Unclaimed Property and Compliance Manager, Invesco Investment Services, Inc.
Robert Martin began his career at Invesco (formerly AIM) in June 1993, where he has held a variety of roles across multiple departments. Since May 2008, he has served as the Unclaimed Property and Compliance Manager, overseeing critical compliance functions and managing unclaimed property processes with precision and dedication.  In addition to his role at Invesco, Robert has been an active contributor to the unclaimed property community. He joined the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO) On-Demand Subcommittee in October 2018 and served as Committee Co-Chair from April 2020 to April 2025, helping to shape educational resources and industry best practices. Robert brings over three decades of experience, leadership, and insight to the field, making him a valuable voice in any discussion on compliance and unclaimed property.

Sue Diehl, QPA, CPC™, TGPC, President, PenServ Plan Services, Inc.
Susan D. Diehl is a preeminent retirement plan and benefits expert. During her career Susan has served on renowned committees at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) including the Advisory Committee on Tax Exempt and Government Entities (“ACT”), where she contributed to the formation of the IRS’ 403(b) Liaison Group that provides support to employers and financial institutions dealing with 403(b) plans. In addition, Susan has been appointed to and proudly participated in various committees at the Department of Labor (“DOL”) including the ERISA Advisory Council, and the Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee. As an authority on retirement plans, Susan continues to testify before the IRS and DOL on retirement plan regulatory issues.
