Adam Cohen, Senior Managing Director, Strategy and Investments, HSA Bank
Adam Cohen is committed to helping organizations grow through innovative strategy and impactful investments. He recently joined HSA Bank as Senior Managing Director, Strategy and Investments, where he drives initiatives that build long-term value and deliver financial solutions designed to solve complex customer challenges. Adam brings a broad range of experience to this role. Prior to joining HSA Bank, he led strategy and financial solutions for consumer-directed health plans, supporting employers and individuals in navigating the complexities of benefits and savings programs. Earlier in his career, Adam spent more than a decade with Prudential Retirement and Investments as a retirement financial professional, where he developed deep expertise in retirement consulting, investment strategy, and providing investment products that helped corporate plan sponsors meet their fiduciary responsibilities. Adam earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from Boston University. He has also passed the CFA Level I exam and previously held his securities license 6, 63 and 26.
Roz Santabarbara, Director of Strategy and Innovation Support, HSA Bank
Roz Santabarbara serves as the Director of Strategy and Innovation Support where she helps drive innovation and product expansion that impacts corporate strategy. She joined HSA Bank in 2023 through the acquisition of Bend Financial and brings her 10 years of sales experience to deliver go-to-market strategies for the bank’s new strategic initiatives. Roz graduated from Wheaton College in Massachusetts, where she played tennis – a game that she still loves to this day.
