As Director of Employee Benefits Research for Milliman’s Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting Practice, Ginny Boggs serves a key role within Milliman's Employee Benefits discipline in providing ERISA technical research and regulatory consulting services and keeping our clients and internal consultants abreast of new legislative and regulatory developments as they occur. Ginny has in-depth expertise in the complex rules governing employer-sponsored retirement plans and helping clients keep their plans in compliance with those rules. Her extensive experience encompasses a multitude of plan types – 401(k), profit sharing, 403(b), 457, employee stock ownership, money purchase, and defined benefit.
