When you take over a retirement plan that includes life insurance, you are stepping into a web of potential compliance and operational challenges. This webcast focuses on the "now what?"—helping practitioners identify and address common issues found in inherited plans with life insurance policies. From non-discrimination testing to exit strategies, we will explore how to evaluate what is in place, spot red flags, and determine the appropriate corrective or administrative steps. This session skips the debate over whether to use life insurance in qualified plans and dives straight into what to do when it is already there.
