Chris Conway, ChFC, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Mutual of America Financial Group
Christopher Conway joined Mutual of America Financial Group in 2003 and was named Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer on June 3, 2024. In this role, he oversees the Company’s sales and marketing teams. Conway is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth through the Regional Offices and for developing new markets and opportunities for long-term revenue growth. He reports to Stephen Rich, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Mutual of America Financial Group. During his career at Mutual of America, Conway has held various leadership roles in sales, most recently as Executive Vice President, overseeing Regional Offices in our Western Region, and responsible for regional sales growth and overall client relationships. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Mutual of America, he was an actuary at Buck Consultants. Conway is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he earned a BA in Mathematics. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), in addition to Series 6, Series 26 and Series 63 qualifications from FINRA. He is based in New York, New York.
