He also provides consulting and technical guidance in tax, accounting, administration and the funding of such plans. He has met with analysts with the United States Government Accountability Office (GAO) regarding nonqualified deferred compensation plans and is a frequent speaker and writer on topics relating to executive compensation, benefits, regulatory compliance, and industry trends.
