Top-heavy requirements have been around for a long time and aren't going away anytime soon, unfortunately. This webinar will provide a review of the top-heavy rules that continue to be in place as well as well as discussion of the impact of SECURE 2.0 on top-heavy plans. We will also take a look at some of the common questions that arise regarding top heavy--like a review of the safe harbor plan exemption and how top-heavy requirements apply to MEPs and PEPs.
