About the Speaker
Justin has 19 years of retirement industry experience with both corporate employee benefit firms and boutique TPA firms. Justin has consulted to hundreds of clients ranging from corporations to small businesses, helping employers of all sizes to achieve their financial goals. To accomplish this, he presents at seminars to educate financial advisors, CPAs, and other industry professionals about the benefits of retirement plans for their clients. Justin is a valuable resource to industry professionals and clients alike because of his unique ability to maximize and deliver valuable solutions. He started Fidus Actuarial Solutions in 2014 as a solo practitioner for 8 years, and added an actuary to the team in 2022.

Charlie is the chief actuary and founding member of Cash Balance Actuaries, LLC. After working for over 10 years on all types of retirement plans, Charlie decided he could better serve his clients by offering them the most personal service. To do that, he founded Cash Balance Actuaries, LLC in 2009 and grew the company from just himself to a firm with 21 employees and over 1,000 clients. Now he is able to offer cutting edge retirement plan designs and personal service to help clients truly understand and appreciate their plans.
