Listen to Bob and Robert as they dive into the final and proposed RMD regulations that were issued on July 19, 2024. While there will be a brief overview of the general RMD rules, the bulk of the program will be a detailed focus on the key provisions of the regulations. For example, the treatment of designated Roth accounts, the application of the at-least-as-rapidly rule upon death, and the spousal election to treat a deceased participant's account for determining the amount of an RMD.
